Adani Global Pte Ltd is the Singapore-based ASEAN Headquarters of the Adani Group with core interests in infrastructure, renewable energy, digital technology and logistics businesses. Adani Global Pte Ltd would always remain interested in setting up projects in these fields with like-minded corporations in the ASEAN region. The Country Head of Adani Global, Jeyakumar Janakaraj states “Singapore is our base for activities in renewable energy, technology and infrastructure projects in the ASEAN region and as an entry point into the Indian market for keen investors.” Some of the notable projects are:
1. Energy and Technology
a. Second largest renewable player in the world, with a project portfolio of 13.99GW. It builds, owns, operates and maintains utility-scale grid-connected solar and wind farm projects with 54 operational projects and 21 projects under construction.
b. AdaniConneX a joint venture with EdgeConneX, a renowned international data centre operator, which aims to develop a 1 GW national Data Center Platform. It has already commenced operation and construction in multiple sites across India.
c. State-of-the-art manufacturing facility of 1.5 GW capacity Solar Panels along with R&D facilities located in Mundra, India. The facility will be optimized for scaling up to 3.5 GW of modules and cells.
d. Largest private thermal power producer in India, with a power generation capacity of 19.45 GW (12.45 GW operational and 7 GW under construction) across 5 states.
2. Utilities, Transportation and Logistics
a. Largest private power sector transmission player, with 18,800 ckt km lines and over 99% network availability. It has a transformation capacity of over 38,600 MVA and has also forayed into power distribution business for the city of Mumbai (serving over 3 million customers)
b. 498 million tons per annum (MTPA) operational capacity in India with 13 Multipurpose, Bulk & Container ports and terminals, including the Mundra Port which is India’s largest commercial port and a 50MTPA capacity port at Abbot Point in Queensland, Australia.
c. Dredging operations with 23 owned dredgers including 26 tugs. Owns two of India’s largest TSHDs with 8000 cum hopper capacity.
d. Operates 60 rakes, 400,000 sq ft of warehousing space, 5,000 + containers, 0.9 million metric tonnes of grain silos and 6 inland waterways vessels.
3. Others
a. Joint venture with Wilmar and is presently the owner of largest edible oil refining capacity with 12,000 tonnes refining capacity per day.
b. Joint venture with Total for City Gas Distribution networks of over 80 stations and 6000 kms of pipeline that serves over 0.48 million consumers, in 11 cities.
c. 74% shareholder in Mumbai International Airport and operate six airports in Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram.
